  • The item must be unused and untampered, with no signs of wear or damage caused by customer handling.

  • All included materials—original packaging, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and accessories—must be returned intact.

  • A valid order number, receipt, or sales invoice.

  • The serial number or IMEI of the product must match our records.


🔄 Return Evaluation & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it thoroughly. A refund or replacement will be initiated only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product matches the item shipped.

  • It is confirmed that damage did not occur while in your possession.

  • All original components and packaging are present and undamaged.

  • The issue is valid and covered under this policy.

Products that fail to meet these conditions will be returned to the customer without refund.

Please note: Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.


🚫 Advance Booking Amounts

All booking amounts, partial payments, or deposit amounts made for pre-orders or special requests are non-refundable once the order has been processed—even if cancellation is requested afterward.


📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless stated otherwise in writing by our team.

We strongly recommend using:

  • A trackable courier service

  • Shipping insurance for high-value products
